WHY ONLY AT NIGHT

hai
I have been sick with cough and cold vomiting for a month, when i checked in in clinic  they told me i might have trachea bronchitis and i am under medication, I find it is surprising that after i have my dinner and the medicine, i start to cough it does not stop till i vomit the whole i ate.  i worked on some gold salts in my lab, i was wondering is that anything do to with the symptoms, because the medicine does help me to get rid of my sickness 100%
Thanks

Hi terassa,

No i dont think i have lot of food at night. this is kind of weird i dont throw up in the afternoons most of the time but around 8.30 to 9 pm if i eat,  i start coughing and it wont stop until i vomit and also i get fever not too much light temperature and i am sitting with heater all the time in the evening .. I can take the food but very little later around 10.30 pm in the night which does not cause anyy cough or vomit.

Does the coughing begin only after you lie down at night, or does it start even before you lie down?  Do you eat a larger meal at night than for lunch or breakfast?
