tingling in left hand and foot

Hi, for the past week or so I've had a recurring numbness/tingling sensation in my left hand, and to a lesser degree in left foot. Seems to come and go in intensity, but now doesn't go away completely. Went to doctor (actually saw the RN) yesterday, she took EKG which appeared normal (same as a year ago). I've been training quite hard up until last Thursday (Boot Camp high cardio 4 days a week) but have been taking it easy since these symptoms began. I'm going to call doc again this morning, but it's 6 am and thought I'd post in the meantime.

I agree.  ER is best.  I imagine most strokee's on here will tell you to not continue to let these symptons go.

Hope you will be free and clear...but get it checked out

If you are continuing to have symptoms, go to the emergency department, don't bother with your local doctor.

Your heart can be fine & still have a TIA or stroke.
