Splenda and fertility...
Has anyone heard Splenda is not good for fertility? I had never heard this but a friend insisted it is true!
I just found a few links on it....sounds pretty bad!

Huh....good to know! Maybe you'll find out soon. I stopped using it too.
Thank you for the reply- she was saying it had an effect on fertility- not just that it was an unhealthy choice during pg. I have given up anyway but just wondered! Thx!

My understanding is that it is just not healthy for you overall, like the other sugar substitutes (except Stevia) and you are supposed to eat as healthy as possible to get pregnant and then of course while you are pregnant. Maybe there is something I don't know though?
