This cycle I have noticed an increase too.   But that may be contributed to the EPO (Evening Primrose Oil)  that I have been taking, and I started taking it last Sunday.    I did start noticing a change in my cm when I started taking prenatal vitamins about 4 months ago, I am 42 and have not had that since I was in my mid 30's.    I really hope we are all on the right track.

Hi,

I'm 41 and have been tracking my cm.  I have noticed that my ewcm has increased too.  I think I can read the signs now - get srcm for about 3 days, then next day nothing, then ewcm for 3-4 days.  Recently, I bd'd on day 4 - day before ewcm - hope that's not too early but, I've read that sperm can survive up to 4 days.   I feel like I'm bd'ing with a purpose and the pressure to conceive kills the libido somewhat.  Have to plan bd sessions to cover this month. Dh is cooperating by helping out with chores so I don't get too tired and we've been spending more "quality time" - meaning less time on our computers surfing - lol.   Uh, what does "cd" mean ?  I've been trying to figure that out and " tww".  Good luck to you all - ssbd to you all !

I too have noticed an increase of EWCM, but I only experience the wetness around CD6/7 and the actual EW around CD12-14.

Well, after I had my son 2 years ago, I started doing that.  It would start just a few days after my period and continue for quite awhile.  Back then I had no idea what it was, now I'm wondering if I was extra fertile during those months or what.  Who knows.  It hasn't been like that so much anymore in the last year.  I don't have any answers about it for you unfortunately.  But hey, it can't hurt to start trying a little early, just to make sure you catch it.  Good luck!
