Wheatgrass to help lower FSH?

Does anyone use wheatgrass in any form to help fertility? (juice or tablets) I have some tablets that I just started taking. (Luckily I'm pretty good at swallowing them fast so I don't have to taste it much.) But I was wondering if the tablets are as effective as the juice? I've read glowing reports of how helpful wheatgrass is for fertility. Curious what kind of results any of you have had and what form you take it in. Thank you! SSBD!

Hmmmm, if wheatgrass can help lower my FSH levels, I'm there, might even have a go at growing my own, at least that way I can add it to my smoothies :)

I just started taking wheatgrass in the pill form @ the beginning of my last cycle.  My FSH was @ 14.45 on day 3.  On day day 10 it went down to 10. just a few days after starting the pills.  I have continued to take them every day.  This month on day 3 my FSH was @ 7.45.  So I do believe that they are definately working for me.  My RE says as long as my FSH stays low we can continue on Climid & IUIs.

That's wild that you actually like the taste of it! That's great, though, since it's supposed to be so good for you! Great suggestion about the smoothie! Thanks! SSBD! :)

You could always make a fruit smoothie and add a shot of wheat grass to that. I don't think you'd really taste it in that case. I'm lucky because I actually LIKE the taste of it--it tastes very fresh and "clean" to me. I don't do it every day, unfortunately, but maybe I'll start.

I've been taking the tablets. They are tolerable. I doubt I could ever do the juice! Someone on one of the sites equated it to mowing her yard and then drinking the clippings! Yuck!!!! But I did read many posts about it helping women lower their FSH alot! So that got my attention, of course! Also, I read that farmers, when they have livestock that aren't fertile, they give them wheatgrass and boom...they're fertile again! It's supposed to have lots of other health benefits, so I figure I can't go wrong with it. Just looking for some reassurance that the tablets are as helpful as the juice. :) Hopefully someone knows!

Hi Sherri,
I have been waiting for someone to answer you, because I want to know too!  My husband said I would hate wheatgrass, but I told him that I read older post that it worked for many women.  So, hopefully some of them will reply soon!
