ovulation

Hello everyone. I have a question about ovulation. I is CD13 for me and I took my 1st Ovulation test this morning and got a dark line which means my levels are up. I also got the eggwhite discharge this morning. So does that mean I'm ovulating toda or just within the next 48 hours. The test say to start trying 24-48 hours after a positive reading, so I thought it was just letting you know it was coming. It the eggwhite discharge the same? I thought if you had it, you were ovulating.
Any ideas?

It is my understanding as well that the eggwhite discharge means you are already ovulating. The surge indicates you will ovulate within the next 24 to 36 hours, however it is the INITIAL surge that you need to pay attention to.

It is my understanding that the surge can last two days, so if your initial surge started yesterday- we'd have no way of knowing that now, but going by the discharge you are having I think it is quite likely you are ovulating right now :)   Hope that helps.  Good luck.

Egg white is just before and indicates high fertility so pull out the sexy lingerie, and do it as many times as humanly possible over the next 3 days. GOOD LUCK!!!!
