I had this happen a lot of times to me too. It was fine until I tried to hit a balloon really hard. I dislocated my shoulder by doing this because I whipped my arm at the balloon. After that, the slightest thing would make it dislocate. It's been a few months since it happened and it's fine now. If your doctor says it should go away, it's because he thinks that if you let it relax, it'll get better. I try to not force my shoulder because I know that it'll once again dislocate if whip my arm. You just need to relax on the way you do things. Try not to swing your arm as much and massage your shoulder every once in a while and you should be fine.
i did he said that it was nothing and that it should go away a few weeks after the dislocation. it's been a month i'm really scared. sumtimes i can even write with it because then i have to put my arm on the desk and it hurts to lift it so in school i can't take notes.
You really should ask your doctor about this. It may just need more time to heal.
