i had TSS and was in ICU for a month. it sounds a little like TSS but, as RockRose said, sounds more like a a virus kind of thing. The majority of the time, girls with TSS will notice a slight red rash on their back and or abdomin. This is how i was diagnosed. TSS has many symptoms that are normally related to the flu and it is often misdiagnosed as the flu. I do not think you have anything to really worry about but seeing as TSS, if it has progressed enough, is fatal, you should check with your doctor and suggest this possibility. The first signs of the illness for me was being really tired, dazed and slightly confused, and an annoying headache. Then i got a fever and felt sick to my stomache but never puked. Then i woke up one morning and stode up to walk to the bathroom and almost blacked out, like my vission litterally blacked out and I felt like i had just been running around in circles for 20 mins.
If you mean Toxic shock, no it doesn't seem like it was that. You don't just spontaneously recover from Toxic Shock with out medication in a couple hours. It's a systemic bacterial infection that if untreated will probably cause death.
It sounds like a quick stomach virus, or very mild food poisoning. I would suggest maybe you were drugged, but you recovered too quickly for even that.
Best wishes.
