do you have to be 18 to sign up for food stamps ??? and how can i get help with my utilitys when i get my own place...like is there any programs that will help me...ill be 18 june 28 and i need help...
if ur 18 u can get food stamps. . . n u can talk 2 a social worker n ask them if they can help u wit ur utilities
