Possibilty of Pregnancy from Fingering

Me and my girlfriend were fooling around about two weeks ago: ie. she went down
on me and I fingered her. At any given time during this, one of us had our pants
on, and thus there was no contact between my penis and her vagina during this
time. After she was done going down on me, I folded my penis back into my pants
and with this I am concerned that trace amounts of pre-ejaculate may have got on
my fingers. I cannot honestly remember if I washed my hands or not. about 4-6
minutes after this I started fingering her. This all occurred six days after the
beginning of her period and three days after its conclusion. So, assuming the
worst case scenario in which trace amounts of pre-ejaculate did get on my
fingers and I didn't wash my hands, could she have fallen pregnant from this?
