Am I pregnant?

Hi, so I'm on gedarel the combined contraceptive pill and have been on different types of contraceptive pill for about 2 and a half years. I was on the 8th day of my pill packet when I missed a pill - Friday 25th October. As I was unaware of missing it until Sunday evening (still took Saturdays and Sundays pills) I had unprotected sex Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon. On Monday morning I took the morning after pill levonelle.
I would be 3 weeks pregnant this Saturday and have had sore breasts, feeling bloated and gaining weight. Could I be pregnant and how soon can I do a pregnancy test?

Thanks

I'm glad you made that phone call.
Yes, you can test before then. It can be best to test after you've missed your period but some women will get accurate results before then. I really have no doubt that you will get your period though. Try not to stress because that can make it late.

I rang NHS direct and they said it was safe to use both pills together
I'm not due until Monday, so I shouldn't take a test before then?
Thank you for your help!

Your symptoms are most likely from the morning after pill. You only missed one pill and you did use the morning after pill so I do not think you could be pregnant. If this happens again, a missed pill, you might want to call your Dr or ask the pharmacist if it's safe to be on the pill and use the morning after pill. Have you missed your period? If you have then you can test. If you got it then you are not pregnant.
