Are These PMS Symptoms?

i've been having minor cramps for a couple days. i thought it wouldve went away and it did but it came back its like an on and off thing. i don't think its nothing serious. my period isnt due until the 11th of this month and i usually get cramps a day before. i know you get pms symptoms like a week before? i'm thinking its that. i would randomly get nauseous but not to the point where i want to throw up. its like really minor nausea nothing too serious also. i also feel bloated but i know stress can cause all of this too. since i always overreact i kept thinking it was pregnancy symptoms even though i already went to get tested and it was negative and i also had my period last month too so i don't think its that. and thats pretty much it. so am i sick or can it still be pms symptoms? thanks.

it was on June 29th when i did "it" and i've had discharge since then even though i always have it and like i said i've had my period in July. and the discharge is never thick like how some pregnant women describe it. i dont know if that means anything either. and i really dont want to start freaking out again.

It could be either pregnancy or pms symptoms. I know that my pms symptoms resemble pregnancy symptoms, I would always get so, so sick with pms. You should be fine, wait a few more days and take a pregnancy test again to ease your mind if you wanted to.
