I recently turned 17 and my period was due to come on oct. 14th, it is now 23 days late. I have a very irregular period, varying from being very close together to missing two or three. I am not on birth control and the last time of intercourse was Arpril 25th 2008. My period was late then and i came very close to having intercourse twice over the summer, didnt  and my period came somewhat on time between 5 and 17 days late, the last time that i got it being september 16th. I took two home pregnancy test the latest being this past monday morning since i heard the best time was to take it is when you first wake up and it was negative as was the one before it about a week ago. I am unsure of what to do and ive had to use the bathroom more often, ive had unusual feelings in my lower abdomen and i seem to have been gaining some weight. I am thinking about going to a clinic to get checked out but i would first have to tell my mother. I am unsure of what to do. please help. sorry im not 18.

Also- the frequent need to pee and the lower abdomen discomfort can also be signs of a UTI or even kidney stones. I always have troubles with kidney stones and tey do the exact same thing to me along with weight gain, which really isn't weight, it's water retention.

Either way, you need to go to a doctor just to make sure you dont have a UTI or stones.

If you last had intercourse April 25th then that would put you around 7 months pregnant... and you would DEFINITELY know if you were or not.
Also, since your menstrual is so erratic, it should come as no surprise to you that you're this late when you can go and miss two months worth.

i would say your not pregnant if your 23 days late getting negative pregnancy tests.

get a blood test adn that will tell you for sure if you are or arnt.
