Could I possibly be pregnant?

Hi.

As of 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I had sex for the first. He pulled about before he came but I know that you can still get pregnant from precum.

I’ve been feeling fine, great even. I have noticed however that I’ve been having spasms in my stomach near my belly button and nowhere near my uterus. It’s only recently started as in two days ago. They’ve gotten to the point where if I lift my shirt I can see that area where the spasm is move.  I workout and play a club sport roughly 5x a week so I don’t know what’s really causing the spasm.

My ovulation period just started/ended this week and we had sex roughly a week after my previous period ended.

I will take any and all responses. Thank you.

So, you are correct that you can get pregnant from precum and that the pull out method does not work to prevent pregnancy.  However, I would not equate your spams and symptoms to be anything to do with pregnancy.  You do not immediately get symptoms if pregnant.  However, timing wise, sperm can live up to a week inside of you.  I'm trying to figure out the timing you are referencing.  But you say you got your period?  It's impossible to exactly know when you ovulate.  You can make an educated guess but it is always just a guess because we can have an off month and ovulate late or early.  If you haven't gotten your period yet, wait to see if it shows at the right time.  If not, then take a test.  But I will say in all seriousness, I sincerely doubt you are pregnant.  good luck

Thank you so much for responding!! I’m supposed to get my period Monday of next week. I really hope it comes on time.
I hope so too but don't fret if it doesn't.  Periods can be late.  Try not to worry!
