I recently had sex with a girl, we used a condom and it didn't break. After we finished I took the condom off and cleaned myself up with a tissue but I didn't wash my hands afterwards. About half an hour or so later I fingered her.

Is it possible that i could have got some semen on my hands and got her pregnant?

Be aware that condoms are not 100% effective.   It is unlikely that she would become pregnant, but not impossible.  I always recommend using contraceptive foam or jelly along with condoms for extra protection.  

The fingering episode cannot result in pregnancy.

Any couple that has intercourse, protected or otherwise, risks pregnancy.  Be aware of the slight possibility, and mentally be aware of what your reaction might be.
