could she be pregnant

Could she get pregnant?
Me & my gf had sex it was my first time but i used a condom a spermicide one. And as i was pulling out i saw that the semen had risen all the way to they end of the condom i did not break or nor was it the wrong size and am scared that it probably got out and could get her pregnant. Could she get pregnant??
Additional Details
And she's told me she had bleeding a little and it was just for one day and she had discharge one day and cramps one days could that mean she is pregnant. Or am i just freaking out about this stuff bc it was my first time

I'm confused a little. Are you saying the sperm went to the top of the condom, at the head of the penis? If so, this is what it is supposed to do. When you put a condom on it has a "well" at the top where there is supposed to be an air pocket. When you ejaculate, it goes into this pocket. Now, if it is coming out of the bottom of the condom near the base this would usually happen because the condom is not properly on or is tight.

Was it your girl friends first time having sex ever, or in a while? If either, this might cause her to bleed slightly. Also cramps and discharge can come at various times during a woman's monthly cycle and so that doesn't say much. No symptoms do, and they definitely don't tell whether someone is pregnant or not either. You used a condom, and it (to your knowledge) never split, so that lessens chances that she is pregnant. All she can do is wait till her next period is due, or at least 2 weeks after intercourse and take a pregnancy test with first morning urine.
