I have missed my period and I'm afraid of being pregnant.

I'm 15 years old and for the last 3 nearly 4 months I have had around 3 days of spotting blood, I got worried because I had sex with my boyfriend so I took home tests and they come back negative I have had many signs of pregnancy but I'm not going by symptoms my sister is 19 and has a good feeling I am. Could it be pregnancy or is there any illnesses that would effect me?

please try and see a dr. for tests as there are some other reasons that you are having spotting and of course unprotected sex can lead to pregnancy. let the dr. check you out properly. take care.
