Pre-ejaculation is the 'wetness' you have when you have an erection and most medical schools will say that it does contain sperm. Obviously not in the amount of regular ejaculation, but still there. there is a huge debate over the issue whether precum can make a woman pregnant or not.. some say yes, some say no and some add certain preconditions like if u ejaculated previously and u urinated then there are less chances etc.. let me tell you no one's sure.. so the best way out is not to take any chances and always use a condom.. as far as the situation concerns i guess there are chances but very faint... good luck..
