No need to stress. It's good that your mom is doing all this stuff for you. It needs to be done. The orange stuff is a Glucose test to check for Gestational diabetes, and the blood work is typical stuff. Likely checking your Iron levels, as well as a CBC and such. A pap is typical as well. I had one done at my first appointment to check for infection and STD's.
It's also normal that fried stuff makes you sick. Anything greasy or fried can sit bad on your stomach. Just make sure you're getting enough calories and such. Did your doctors ever give you a due date?
All i had was a papsmere, they had me drink some orange stuff and they drew blood out of me like 3 different times. and yes ive been taking Nature made prenatal vitamins. and since ive been pregnant i just been wanting salads and fruits an grilled chicken cause fried chicken an beef an all fried foods make me sick.. but my moms been trying 2 get so much stuff in rite now cause my dad wasnt taking it seriously an now im so stressed out...
The heartbeat does mean more than a test. If your last period was in November, and they estimate your conception as Dec 1st, I assume your cycle was around November 15th-20th. You would be roughly 29-30 weeks along. Did you have ANY early pregnancy care or scans? Have you been taking your prenatals, and eating properly?
Thanks ure teaching me ALOT! my last full period was in november! but everything was all getting mixed up i lived with my dad and he didnt really know what to do but i started going to the dr in feb thats wen i finaly told my dad i was pregnant but i didnt realy know what to do from there.. so my mom just came and got me 2 weeks ago and we went to the clinic out here 2 get a confirmation paper saying i was pregnant because she was going to get me on WIC and they told me it was a faint positive then the nurse practitioner let me hear the heart be an see him agin.. i was just real confused i was thinking since he had a heardbeat that the heartbeat ment more then the test.. but even in northcarolina an the clinic i went to they act like they cant realy answer any of my questions
Unless you had a blood draw done then you can't know it even went down. A pregnancy test DOES NOT tell the hCG levels. Some lines are faint, others are dark. Colour means nothing. The test only reads if the hormone is there, not the amount. And yes, after a certain point the hCG levels will taper off and then drop. This happens in ALL women. Even changing doctors there is no point of a pregnancy test. They can request the files from your previous doctor and know already that you're pregnant. Have you had regular prenatal care?
It's still not helping though, because you don't count pregnancy from conception. You go from your last period. When was yours?
My dr . in nc said i concieved december 1st. have you ever heard of anyones hcg levels going down just like mines? my mom said i shouldnt be worried cause he has a heart beat an hes moving alot
No no. Just because you measure 27 weeks doesn't mean you are. I was 33 weeks and measured to be 27. When was your LMP?
she said i measured at 27 weeks. The reason why they gave me a test was because i moved from Northcarolina to Colorado and i was at a clinic to get the confirmation of my pregnancy so i could go get all my stuff switched... it really stressed me out cause i was thinking i was loosing the baby but i heard his heard beat rite after the test..
Your levels taper off and will start to decline after the first trimester. There is no point of doing a pregnancy test when you already know you're pregnant. The faint line doesn't really mean anything. How many weeks are you?
