Okay so!
I'm 17 have been having sex since i was 14, so it's not really a NEW thing, but I've been on depo for 3 years, I never really got "periods" before I was on depo, my mother had a really hard time getting pregnant never got periods either as a teen/young person, took her 5 years to have me. For like probably 2 weeks now I've been feeling bloated allllll the time, like my stomach is just sticking out like exploing all the time I'm not a big girl either so it's strange, eating habits have stayed the same, except for I'm  feeling hungry more of the time like, alot more of the time, a bit more irritabal than my normal irritable self lol. Just looking for some feedback if you have any

No. You won't get an accurate result. It takes 2 weeks for the hcg to build up in  your system enough to get a positive result.

The hormone needs time to build up in your body. It doesn't just appear. The minimum wait is two weeks, but you have far more accurate results waiting at least 4.

If it has been at least 2 weeks since the last sexual encounter take an hpt. Nobody can tell you if you're pregnant or not.

The chances of getting pregnant while are depo aren't high. But if you're having sex they are still there. Do you use condoms? This would lower your odds of pregnancy even more. If you suspect pregnancy wait at least two weeks from the last sexual encounter and take a test with first morning urine.
