Pregnancy without having sexual intercourse...?

Last week this boy and i were fooling around, without having actual sex as he did not enter my vagina; however, his penis did came in contact with the opening of my vagina and he did ejaculated around my abdomin area. Can i get pregnant from these actions? I am suppose to have my period rigt now, but it has been 4 days and it still did not come. I do not sense any changes in my body, but it only been a week since the act. Also, i am currently experiencing jet lag as i returned from another country just the day after the incident. Is the delay of my period due to jet lag or from the actions?
Overall, my big question is: is it likely/possible that i am pregnant?

It is possible to get pregnant this way(any time semen/sperm come into contact with your vagina, there is a possibility of pregnancy), but the chance of it happening is pretty low. Many other things can cause a late period(stress, hormonal changes, illness, and so on) and I highly doubt you are pregnant. Though you should use this as a learning lesson to be more careful next time. You really don't want to have a baby at your age, it's a lot of unnecessary stress.
