Kim is right again, with her latter comment that is. I had sex with a girl almost 9 weeks ago, unprotected that is although I did "pull-out" (not the best I know), it was a heat of the moment thing after drinks.
She said she was on the pill and I've known her for a long time in around about way (through acquaintances) so I do trust her, I just realised that no condom was a big mistake and I've been concerned since. Not wanting to constantly ask her over it I came here to learn more and consider what might be (e.g. a scenario; what if she's not on the pill?)
My "odd questions" approach was to keep the forum section on topic really, rather than delve into the ins and outs, especially since this is a forum on pregnancy. I was just interested to know what sort of time period could be considered a "safe" period.
Thanks for taking the time to answer my queries though, I appreciate it.
Kim is right. You can bleed while pregnant but you can't get a period since you don't ovulate. Also it takes about 10-16 days for a normal person to show positive on a pregnancy test after conception. Basically the way things are timed is when you miss your period you should be able to test positive. So usually around the time your period is due.
youve been asking some odd questions as if your taking a survey or if your asking in relationship to a girl you had sex with or something but you just dont wanna come out and say it.
you dont get a full blown period when your pregnant
