i was fooling around with my girlfriend....and there was pre-*** on my hand which touched on the condom...and the condom touched her vagina...(i did not penetrate her)....can she get pregnant?

i doubt that.once thought i was pregnant once cos my bf ejaculated on my vagina but guess what,it was just fear and tension that got me scared and i even had a late period.its likely yeah but in your case...i dont think so.not so easy to get pregnant as we all think,

She doesn't need to take the morning after pill or anything as the chance for pregnancy is extremely low. This isn't something you need to worry about, but just for future knowledge, that you need to be more careful.

what if the precum was very less?...like a very small quantity?
should i get her to take a birth contraceptive pill?

It's possible, but highly unlikely for her to get pregnant. I really wouldn't see it as something to worry about. If her period is late, have her take a home pregnancy test, but I doubt she'll need to. Just make sure that in the future, you try to be more careful.
