that's if you get the first response which i've heard a LOT of bad things about it. a lot of women have gotten false negatives using those tests. that's why i always recommend the digital test (no confusion on evaporation lines) and waiting 3-7 days after your period is late (not only to see if the period shows up but more HcG in the urine).
dosent normally a hpt pick up on the hormones as early as a few days before a missed period...normally?
it's always a possibility.but with how screwy bodies can be...i'm not sure.
definitely get a blood test done then.
its a lighter really short period. it last for not even two days. twins can skip a generation but they dont in my family.
i don't think that makes a difference. they say twins skip a generation but i don't know how true that is.
if you would request an u/s you should definitely be able to see the baby if you are pregnant.we were able to clearly see 2 beating hearts and little tadpoles when i had an u/s done at 9 weeks.
when you say your period wasn't normal...was it a lighter flow? no clots? or heavier with more? has it been spotty? early? late? shorter than normal? longer than normal?
its not a normal period is quiet different but its hard to explain. if i am i should be about 9 weeks (if i calcuated correctly). twons run in my family too. i am one. does that make a difference?
having sex. lol. don't freak out until you see the doctor. if the blood tests come back negative and you're still worried you can always request an u/s. the "huge" stomach could be bloating. most women don't start showing until closer to the 2nd trimester. i started getting my bump at 6 weeks and was visably pregnant at 9...but i was pregnant with twins.
is this period normal? if it is you most likely aren't pregnant. but could be. it's not common but some women do bleed during pregnancy. my aunt had "periods" through out all 4 of her pregnancies where i never bled. once i got pregnant that was it no period for 8 months. (i popped at 34 weeks)
im planning on going this week. its telling people im getting freak out about now. oy how did this happen???
then you may need to go to your ob/gyn for an exam and a blood test.
i took one but it was negative
