confused?

I am 16, and I already had my period on the third of this month, and it was regular. Then about 5 days ago I had sex, and the condom broke, then we didn't use one. Then yesterday I had a little bit of brownish discharge and a little bit of spotting, then today i had a little more brown discharge, and very very little blood spotting. It is not time for me to have my period again though. So I am not quite sure what is going on?

for a woman who has a 28-30 day cycle she typically ovulates (when the body releases the egg) 2 weeks prior to menstration. not every woman ovulates at the same time or the same way. some could ovulate late or early. so if you ovulated within 5 days of having sex you could be pregnant.

implantation can occur anytime within two weeks after sex. it's usually a light spotting or discharge and semen can survive inside a woman for up to 5 days waiting for an egg to be released. if you are ovulating it is entirely possible you're pregnant. wait 2 weeks and take an hpt.

Could be that you are soon ovulating.  I have spotting for a one or two days prior to ovulating.  When is your period due?  Implantation can cause spotting but I think if you just had sex 5 days ago it may be a little too early for that.  If your period is late I would take a test.  Good luck.
