Burning Very Hot Testicles w/ water filled boil

Hi hope to get some advise. 2 weeks ago afte jogging i felt like my testicles start burning up, as in very hot kinda like sunburn. A boil developed a few hours later and it burst open the next day exposing a big swath of raw skin. i cleaned it with iodine and applied teramycin ointment. Went to the doctor on the 3rd day and was told he cannot see anything wrong, it cant be herpes. So i continued the cleaning of iodine and antibiotic application. It has been around 10days and the skin has healed up today with alot of dry skin peeling off. But suddenly this afternoon i felt the heat/burning again. i checked and it has started to redden again. I applied ice pack and it did help but once i remove it the heat starts again. Am still looking what will happen, so far no boil has surfaced yet.
By the way about a month ago i got treated for antibiotic for possible chlamydia/gonorhea due to penile discharge but doctor declared me treated.
Also when i went back to the doctor for check on the boil, he took some fluids and skin cell onto a slide and did what he called Gramm Stain and the result was clear.
Hoping to get some advise what else to do?

Thank you doctor for giving your time to this forum. Just an update my boil that develop is starting to heal. My doctor is a Genitourinary specialist and he is telling me this is a one off for him.
I am contemplating on going to a dermatologist for check. Am very concerned since it would heal up and then come back again as in Dejavu. Something like Ground Hogs day. It just repeat whatever happened the very first time wherein a very jntense heat will be felt then after about 12 hrs it will subside then all hell break loose. My skin will look like scalding and a big boil will surface up.
I have been researching to augmemt my doctors limited knowledge and exoerience about this condition. Do you have any prior experience with a cindition call RSS. I have been reading about but there was no mention of the scalding like effect so i am not very sure if my condition is indeed RSS

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. This doesn’t sound like an STD (atleast not any of the major ones) and is likely to be a superficial skin infection and if topical antibiotic ointments have not been helpful, systemic/ oral antibiotics might be required. You may consider getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
