Big Boy Bed!

I am at my wits end that with little boy of mine! Ashtyn is 28 months old, and will not sleep in his toddler bed. He won't sleep with Mike and I either....he will ONLY sleep in his pack n play, no matter what we try! He is so hyper and active, if we put him in his bed, he will not calm down and start running around his room. If he is asleep and you move him to his bed, he immediately wakes up and starts screaming bloody murder!!! It is so frustrating. Anyone have a child that would not sleep in a toddler bed? What did you do? We even put the net railing along the bed to make him feel so secure but it does nothing!!!!

We tried a cool toddler bed with all three, but they ended up simply preferring a regular bed to anything else. Likely because they co-slept with me and never used a crib so therefor were not used to plastic crib mattresses.

Try a twin bed but place the mattress on the floor if you are concerned about falling. As he gets older, you can put it on a frame with the boxspring.

T and CJ have bunkbeds and they love them. CJ can get up but not down, so he asks for help with that part :-)
