Doppler interrogation.
The right lobe of the thyroid measures 4.0 cm longitudinally x 1.0 cm
AP x 1.0 cm transversely.
Hypoechoic right thyroid nodule measures 5 mm in greatest diameter.
The left lobe of the thyroid measures 6.97 m longitudinally x 2.7 cm
AP x 3.2 cm transversely.
The largest is solid in appearance with small focal areas of
decreased echogenicity. This measures 3.2 x 2.1 x 2.9 cm.
More superior solid nodule measures 12 x 15 x 15 mm.The isthmus measures 0.3 cm.
Similar-appearing neck lymph nodes which are nonpathologic by size
criteria and by sonographic appearance.
