Symptoms?????

Your Total T3 is way below range.  Your Total T4 is also below range.  If your Free T3 and Free T4 are similar with respect to their range, and you have hypothyroid symptoms, then it would be clear that you need  thyroid medication adequate to relieve symptoms.  In the future, instead of Total T4 and Total T3, you should always insist on being tested for Free T4 and Free T3 every time you go in for tests.  Many of us have found that we needed Free T4 to be at least mid-range, and Free T3 in the upper third of its range, and adjusted from there as needed to relieve hypo symptoms.

In addition hypothyroid patients are frequently deficient in Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin.  All three are important for you, so you should get those tested and then supplement as needed to optimize.  D should be at least 50 ng/mL, B12 in the upper end of its range, and ferritin should be at least 100.

In trying to assess a person's thyroid status, the most important consideration is always symptoms.  So please tell us about any symptoms you have.   Next in importance is the person's levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones:  Free T4 and Free T3.  It appears that you were tested for Total T4 and Total T3, which are measures of the total amount of T4 and T3 in your blood.   Most all of that is bound to protein and thus biologically inactive.  Only very small amounts of T4 and T3 are free of protein, thus called Free T4 and Free T3.

In order to learn anything from your test results we need for you to also post their reference ranges shown on the lab report.
