hypothyroid

this is my second time around asking questions, please be patient with me. I live in Italy and tyroid tests ranges here are different i was told so i'll give you the ranges
s-T3 libera pg/ml  1.4 - 3.5 my test result is 2.2
s-T-4 LIBERO ng/dl  0.6 - 1.8 my tests shows 1.6
s-TSH mUI/L .300 - 4.700 my test shows a 9.83
What i need to know is how important is the last number i mean the s-TSH that in my case seems to be way above the range.
I take Eutirox 100 mcg daily. My family Doctor here said that the only numbers i should be concerned are the T3 and the T-4, but if i want to go to an endocronologist it's ok. Now i am getting ready to come back home to USA to see my kids and i don't necesseraly want to go see another Doctor unless i have to.
Plese help me if you can.
Thank you all
Annamaria

No doubt, in the US you would be considered to have hypothyroidism.

Actually the TSH is the level most doctors will dose from.  Please consider seeing and endocrinologist.
