<0.006 tsh level and normal t3 and t4 lump in neck

My gyno ran labs on my thyroid, my tsh came back<0.006 and t3 and t4 came back in normal range. In the past few days I have found a lump right above my collar bone I would say it is as wide as 3 fingers. No energy, malaise, not sleeping when I do I am up 4 or 5 times a night, headaches, itchy skin, pain shooting up to the ear which is on the same side as the lump. Scartchy throat, feel like I been hit by a mack truck and he backed up...lol. I have past history of ovarian and uterine cancer. At times my whole body hurts, and all I want to do is sleep, that's all I have the energy to do. Got an appointment with endo dr the 15th. I have also noticed pain in upper back. HELP PLEASE!

A TSH that low points to pituitary so make sure the endo tests pituitary function as well as does a better job on the thyroid - as in adds in free T3, free t4 and antibodies.

So they need to do a lot of thyroid testing - ultrasound, iodine testing etc. but make sure there is some look at the pituitary. Sure, the doc is going to say the treatment is the same but you want to make sure nothing else is going on - the fatigue is a sign as well as the sleep issues.
