hashimotos

hi,

i have hashimotos for 12yrs .

i was wondering if anyone else with hashimotos is experiencing anxiety/panic attacks
and / or pains in their legs?

You could do well with a dose increase. It is recommended to have a TSH of 0.5-2.0, preferably closer to 1.

Is your doctor willing to slightly increase the dose?

i had a recent follow up tsh blood test in november which showed tsh 2.40
( i live in greece so i don't know if you can tell if its ok or not).

i also had a ultrasound of the thyroid which showed no nodules or anything.

my endo only takes me take tsh testing nothing else.

i take levothyroxine 0.1 x 5 days.

Hashimoto's is autoimmune hypothyroidism. The symptoms you are experiencing very well could be issues.

Do you follow your labs tests? Are you able to post them? Along with the labs - do you know the dosage of meds you are on in corralation with those labs?
