There will be an adjustment period.....
You should take them at the same times you would normally take them. For instance if you, typically, take them at 6:00 am in your home time zone, then you should take them at 6:00 am in the different time zone as well.
For example, I'm in eastern time zone and I typically take my levo about 5:30 am. If I were to travel to the west coast, which would put me in pacific time zone, 3 hours behind what I'm used to, I'd still try to take my med at 5:30 am, local time, with local time being wherever you are.. 5:30 my time is only 2:30 am pacific time; I would not get up and take my med at 2:30 in the morning.......
