thank you i already made an appointment with a thyroid doctor for next week
It's great that you are not yet noticing any symptoms; however, i expect this will be short lived, since Hashi's attacks the thyroid glands until over time the glands are destroyed. So at some point you will start to feel the effect.
There seems to be a couple of approaches to treating a patient with Hashi's. One is to wait until symptoms are very evident and then start with thyroid meds. This can sometimes lead to very unwanted symptoms, before the meds raise the FT3 and fT4 levels enough to compensate. the other approach is to be more proactive and start meds earlier. that is something you will need to discuss with your doctor. Here is a good link about the second approach.

The other thing I would like to point out is that the last three tests done for you are somewhat obsolete and don't really tell what you want to know, which is the levels of the biologically active thyroid hormones, free T3 and free T4. Note that FT3 and FT4 are not the same as total T3 and total T4. Since your doctor chose those tests, I suspect that you may find that you are going to need a good thyroid doctor. By that I mean one that will treat you clinically by testing and adjusting levels of FT3 and FT4 as necessary to relieve symptoms, without being constrained by resultant TSH levels. Symptom relief must become all important for you, not test results.
tsh- 3.610 0.450-4.500
t4- 6.5 4.5-12.0
t3 uptake- 30 24-39
free thyroxine index 2.00 1.2-4.9
i don't have no symptoms i'm not tired actually i'm very energetic, my weigh is the same the only problem i have is my heart beats to fast im taking pill for the there are metoprolol er succinate 25mg and i was also taking kelp pills.
You would find the reference ranges on the lab report. Lab results vary slightly from lab to lab, so they can have slightly different reference ranges as well. It is important to know where the test result falls within the range. I expect that the range for your T4 test which would be a total T4 test, is approx. 4 - 12. I can't find a reference range that seems to fit with your T3 result, unless your test result of 30 is also total T3 and very low. so you can see that I'm struggling to try and understand the results. Just for info it is always a good idea to get a copy of the lab report and write on there how you were feeling at the time and what meds you were taking. these then become very valuable for future reference.
Have a look at this site and see if you are experiencing any of the typical hypo symptoms.

where will i find tose reference and also i had a ultrasound done and there was a nodule at the right side of thyroid i also have pcos
From those antibodies tests, it appears that you have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, which is the most common cause of becoming hypothyroid. If you would please post the reference ranges that go with those lab test results, it would help members assess your current status. Also, are you experiencing any symptoms that would relate to being hypo?
