you possibly need to reduce your present 100 mcg levothyroxine a little bit to make than free t4 come in 50% range. you might not get symptoms but still risky as high concentration of thyroid hormones can bring various kinds of unexplained symptoms which is bit hard to find and treat.

if you went to a doctor with this result he say its all fine as its all in lab reference range but if went to doctor who is better trained to treat thyroid problems he will probably reduce your dosage. so if doctor is not ready to change dose get another opinion.

i possibly suspect your tired feelings (hypothyroid) is due to increased reverse t3 which your body is producing in response to thyroxine overdose. increasing the thyroxine dosage may not always bring hyperthyroid symptoms but actually drive into more hypothyroid because of increased reverse t3.

Your FT4 is on the high side; it's at 83% of range.  So, it's quite high of the 50% recommended.  FT3 is at 63% of range, which isn't bad.  It's well up into the upper half of range, but not quite the upper third where some people have to be to feel well.

TPOab is negative for Hashi's, but TPOab can be somewhat elevated with other autoimmune diseases, so something else could be going on.  Did they test TGab as well?

Would your doctor be agreeable to testing RT3?  If you don't know about RT3, I'll be happy to explain it.

T4 says .80-1.80
T3 says 2.3-4.2 range
TPOab <60

So these seem to fall within there normal, but I am not feeling well. Just grasping hoping there is an easy answer.

Any suggestions are appreacisted

What are the reference ranges on your FT3, FT4 and TPOab?  Ranges vary lab to lab, so they have to come from your own lab report.
