Do I have to see an endocrinologist or PCP to get my thyroid checked or can I go to a clinic and ask for it to be checked.  Strong family history or it.

It's safe to take both, but not at the same time.  You want to separate any supplements from your thyroid meds by at least 3-4 hours.  Some supplements can reduce absorption of thyroid meds so they won't get into your blood stream efficiently.
