BREAD????

Does anybody have worse symptoms after eating bread?  I thought I was crazy, but I've tested it several times now, and I get a headache and feel extremely fatigued and excessive sweating.

I have read thyroid disease causes/or is caused by vitamin and mineral imbalances, that too much of one can counteract another etc...the levels have to be just right to feel well.

When you read about this it makes sense that certain foods can make you feel unwell. The doc who wrote this says that when you get the balance right you can within a few days feel completely well.

Maybe Bread has something that gives you an imbalance.
