I have been diagnosed with Lupus Sle, Raynauds Phenom, chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Epstein Barr Virus for about 7 yrs now.  For the past year I've had problems with swollen lymp nodes, swolling legs/retaining water. Now, I get antibotic because with the swollen lymp nodes it feels like sometimes like Im choking and it goes to my ears.

I had blood work done - it says

THS 3rd Generation  is 3.93   reference range mIU/L
then under it says Reference Range > or = 20 years 0.40 - 4.60

Pregnancy Ranges
1st Trimester 0.20-4.70
2nd Timester 0.30-4.10
3rd Trimester 0.40-2.70

Sed Rate by Modified Westergren  7                  Reference range < OR = 20 mm/h

Could you please tell me what this means.??  If you need anything else - thank you..

That is not listed so does that mean I should request it from my doctor.
So what happens if I am hypothyroid - how is that treated..?? Tks

I'd like to see tests for thyroid antibodies and FT3 and FT4 tested.

I suspect you may actually be hypothyroid, which would definitely be a contributor / exacerbating your other conditions.
