thank you stella. see my doc is not telling me stuff or responding to my remarks. i just e-mailed her about this-i think she spent all of 5 min at my friday visit. anyways i just got tons of info re: all the vitamins i need for my adrenals. they are very low. and now i realize that is a major componet in all of this. i'm also taking a calcium,, w/ vits. d, magnesium and zinc. i will pump those up. all i need now is the b-complex.  yes i understand i shouldn't really mess w/ the dosage, but i'm trying to get it dialed in for now. i just took 45mg, waited the 1/2 to eat and feel better. more energy. my doc does know that i cut it up. i'm tiny 4'11'' barely tall and weigh 110lbs. i just gained those extra 5 lbs in 3 mos!! by the way i did find the main 'armour ' board you started so thanks, see you there....satenig2

Sorry - it's not the meds causing you problems. It is your hypothyroidism.

You are at a way too low of a T3 reading to feel any better and bloating and "frumpy" is definately a sure sign of hypoT.

You may need and INCREASE of Armour. and that is really what I think is the problem

You shouldn't prior to euthyroidism start changing up and down your meds so much as I read you are doing with your dosages on Armour.

You may also want to split the 60 throughout the day. 30 am  30 4hr later. and call your doctor about maybe getting a boost up.

T3 as Armour has should  not give you the frumpy feelings.
