Thank you so much for your reply, the problem is that F3 medicine does not exist in Georgia and I do not go to my endo hereany more, I really trust dr.Lupo and I take his advice as well as yours. I changed them 5 times, none of them wonted to take a look at FT3 I am 42 years old just 7 kg overweight, but all I can loose even with a strict diet is 3 kg!!! I exercise every other day I do not eat junk at all but I am addicted to Coffee. So I know now that a Cholesterol is not connected to an Unhealthy diet, I have been diagnosed with an unexplained infertility you all this stuff that goes along with Hash!  I was lucky to find Med Help I learned so much form all of you!!! IF I can not find FT3 medicine I will try to play with Thyroxin levels as Barb suggested but what do you think of Nutri-Meds™ Whole Desiccated Porcine Thyroid Concentrate capsules. 130 mg. I can get it form the net and how should I go about it do you have any Idea???? Thanks.

Your FT3 is at the low end of the range and actually, your FT4 could stand to come up some too.  If your doctor won't give you a script for T3 med, at least try to get them to up your T4 med a bit - just raise it very slowly and then retest in a few weeks, raise again if necessary, but make sure you retest several weeks after each dosage change to see where your levels are at.

My cholesterol was very high when I was dx'd with hypo/Hashi too.  Once my thyroid levels started getting in line, my cholesterol started coming down.
