Can my thyroid be the cause of my problems?

I've had multiple tests/visits over the last 3 months.  Initially, I had lost almost 25 lbs in 2 months.  Tests reflected a low/normal thryoid value, high platelet count & occasional anemia.  The CAT scan found three thryoid cysts & a growth near my voice box.  I'm scheduled for a ultrasound to look at the cysts but the dr does not seem overly concerned.  My weight loss has stopped.  What is unexplained & unresolved is the almost constant fatigue and body ache.  The doctors were searching for the cause of the weight loss and no one has address the fatigue/ache.  I'm unable to complete relatively normal tasks & I'm easily exhausted.   Any thoughts on whether or not this could be caused by the thyroid cysts?  Does this sound familiar?

I believe my thyroid results were 0.73 (I think the range was .5 to 4).  My iron was as low as 7 (normal is around 12?).  I've had low iron 3 times since Nov 08.  Current iron values are within range (I'm on daily supplements).  I had low B-12 results so I've also received B-12 shots without much effect.

Hi there....cannot really comment on thyroid unless you list the actual lab results with their ranges here.
Also, is the anemia treated and cleared?
