Can you please look into my blood work results..

Gimel i went to my Endo on May 1 and my bloodwork results are as follows:

Tsh F 0.998 (0.270- 4.200)
T4 Free 1.5 (0.9- 1.7)
T3 Total 70 (80-200)
T3 free 2.1 (2.6 - 4.8)

I have thyroid cancer and been taking Levoxyl 88mcg... My doctor told me to take 1 88 mcg tablet for 6 days and 1.5 tablets on the 7 days..

So do you think these numbers look good...
Thanks,
Karen

Your TSH is just below the maximum of 1.0 that most Thyroid specialists want to see for cancer.

I believe you could tweak lower which may increase your FT3 with more meds.

For thyroid cancer they may want to suppress your TSH further.

FT4 looks good.

T3 total is not usually referred to. FT3 is more usually used.  But yours is low for both.  You may benefit with the addition of a T3 med - cytomel or dessicated to get your FT3 into mid to high normal range.

How do you feel?  Are you having hypothyroid symptoms?  IF so you may want to discuss possibility of adding a T3 med to the T4 med.
