Doctor Recommendation- Western Suburbs of Chicago

I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis a little over 4 years ago.  I recently moved to the western suburbs of Chicago and am looking for a DO, GP, or endo who will help me continue my treatment through medicine, vitamins, diet and exercise.  I have tried a few internalists who have just wanted to write me a script and move me along.  Any recommendations for doctor who will actually listen would be greatly appreciated!

I'd love to get some recommendations for this area, too.  I'd go into downtown if I had to, but I'd rather stay on the west side of the city if possible.
