There are a couple of things that are common causes for hair loss.  One is being hypothyroid and the other is low ferritin, which is a protein that stores and releases iron as needed.  After having a thyroidectomy 100 mcg of Euthyrox doesn't seem like an adequate replacement amount.  Please post your thyroid related test results and reference ranges shown on the lab report so that we can better assess your status.

Also, hypothyroid patients are frequently too low in the ranges for Vitamin D, B12 and ferritin, so if tested for those please post those test results also.  D should be about 55 minimum, B12 in the upper end of its range, and ferritin should be about 70 minimum.

@goolarra @Emily443 @gimel thank you so much for your reply & here is my blood test report since 3 weeks:

Free -T4 1.61 (Normal range 0.71 - 1.85)
TSH         1.19 (Normal Range 0.47 - 4.64)
Hemoglobin 13.1 (Normal Range 11.5 - 16.5)

i was having anemia before  but i never faced hair loss you can't imagine how this was my hair :""""( plus i took Vitamin D for 2 months because it was too low 11.7 and normal range was 30 - 60
I am also taking NEBILET 5mg since i have very high heart rate (159 while walking slowly/Shopping)
I am consulting only the cardiologist & based on your advice i will take an appointment either with the cardiologist or endocrinologist
BTW guys my scar is almost gone i used pure Shea butter with a little almond oil now barely you can notice it :)
Awaiting your reply & thx a lot

Make sure you are taking correct dosage of medicine. I would recommend a t3, t4 combination medicine. Check your iron panel, Vitamin D and B12. Also make sure you are getting enough protein.

Please post your most recent thyroid test results and include reference ranges since they vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.  Also include a brief meds history.

It sounds like your meds are not properly adjusted and you are hypo.
