Endo recommendations in Mississauga Ontario Canada
Could anyone recommend a GOOD endocrinologist in the Mississauga Ontario Canada area?
I seem to have sensitivities to Synthroid and eltroxin. Cytomel seemed to work well (except for my feet /ankles/knees swelling and joint pain once I got to a level that had my TSH down to almost zero (I've had a total thyroidectomy). Synthroid caused a list of bad side effects (Diarrhea, head aches, racing mind, mood changes, arrhythmia and sinus tarchia (something like that - easily elevated heart rate), agitated, hyper, could not sleep (awake for days at a time), and when I could I had extremely strange dreams), but now for some reason they have put me on eltroxin which they tell me is almost identical to Synthroid. I left a message for the Endo explaining the symptoms I am now experiencing and he has not called me back.
