Enlarged thyroid?

I've noticed that my thyroid seems enlarged as of the last few weeks and I've an apt this THUR with the Endo.
Also the areas below my neck (in between neck and shoulder) look a little swollen. I cannot feel any lymph nodes---just feels like water or fat.
I am 4 months postpartum and my thyroid has. Been very well controlled and monitored. The swelling seems to have started after my Endo  added T3 cytomel 5 to 10 much per day.
I know I shouldn't jump to conclusions, but is this swelling something that happens with Hashimotos? I am pretty worried about thyroid cancer and will be insisting on an ultrasound Thursday.

My last labs were on 12/17/15
TSH  0.605
Free T4 0.99   (0.82 to 1.77)
Free T3 3.4      (2.0 to 4.4)

Have appt with Endo Thursday. Symptoms are:
Swollen neck (although husband says it doesn't seem swollen)
PVCs (heart palpitations)
Period coming more frequently but shorter duration.
Swelling at side/base of neck (not a lymph node, just looks like water or fat swelling)
Never had nodules before. Also, I'm 4 months postpartum.

Since your thyroid has been monitored during pregnancy and you say it's been well controlled, how about starting with posting your latest thyroid hormone levels, and reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and have to come from your own lab report.  That will give us something to start with.

Secondly, yes, it's quite common for thyroid swelling with Hashimoto's.  It could be due to inflammation, but this might not even be attributable to your thyroid, since your thyroid is located in your neck, not below your neck.

Thyroid cancer is very rare and it's unlikely to be the cause of your swelling.  

Have you had nodules on your thyroid before?  Nodules, too, are very common with Hashimoto's and it's not unusual for them to be swollen.

Once we see your latest labs, we'll be able to give some better ideas...
