I am a 20 year old female. I am always very cold. I feel like a bit of a hypochondriac posting here. I decided to research though, today, when I was in class and the person sitting next to me offered me their jacket because they said they "saw your goosebumps and you looked like you were freezing". Then, the girl next to him asked me if I was anemic. This lead me to research about why I am always so cold. My feet feel like blocks of ice and my arms, as well, if i'm not under a blanket most of the time. I hadn't even told them I was cold. I am always very cold inside when everyone else is fine. I have noticed a decrease in libido, but just figured maybe it was a relationship thing and it was just me. I haven't had any desire for sex in months, I'm always cold, depressed on and off. I don't know about the fatigue, I feel unmotivated sometimes but I'm not extremely tired. I also feel that my metabolism is very slow. I realize I don't have every symptom but I am just trying to get to the bottom of why I am so cold, with no sex drive and some depression lately, and it lead me to hypothroidism. Is this worth looking into more or getting a blood test, or is this most likely some sort of vitamin deficiency. I have a horrible diet with too many carbs and no vegetables.
