FUNNY THYROID

Actually it is very strange....I had Radioactive Iodine in 1987 to complete kill my thyroid on the left due to hyperthyroidism ...... i had normal values ever since.....but in 2006 on a chest xray they found a nodule and I went to my endocrinologist who did the sonogram and found the thyroid had grown back.. now come on  ... plus I had to have it removed due to follicular adenoma....and now of course i have two large nodules in my right gland both measure over 2 cm each.. I just think it is so funny....doctor cannot explain it...but he said is truly rare.. why can't i have that kindof luck with the lottery.. Watch out ... i wonder what else can grow back... I know  how awful that would be.. to go through menopause a second time..Seriously we are too good of people to have to even think about that one....Thank goodness our uterus have gone to uterus heaven...Maybe they are recycled.. You take care....

thank you  my dear friend...i am glad i had such an impact....i believe God did this funny thing to me so I could share it with you all.. You know maybe I should take this show on the road....The Funny Thyroid Hour...do you want to be my  manager?... You take care...we have to have fun and laugh sometimes  or really all the time.. I truly have so many things wrong with me...i have to laugh...I am still waiting to win the lottery...or better yet I play Cashmill bingo and i am hoping to win a free game  lol.. But i am scared as to what may truly grow back...ovaries, gallbladder, large vein in my leg and ....... cannot say that on the forum....You take care....I will be here for you....Pam  and truly God does Bless we just have to ask....                                               see ya.........
