I am sorry for your loss of your unborn child. You might want to get the doctor to order a complete blood count and iron, ferritin, and total iron binding capacity tested, as well as iron saturation percentage to see if you might have iron deficiency and if you are now anemic. What is your blood pressure like now that you have lost your child? Has it returned to normal or is it perhaps low?
I've never heard of a floating sensation being a symptom of hypothyroidism. Have you discussed that with your doctor?
Is TSH the only thing you are being tested for, in relation to thyroid? TSH is a pituitary hormone that fluctuates wildly, for a variety of reasons. It should never be used as the sole diagnostic for thyroid well being. It's an indicator at best to be used along with Free T3 and Free T4, which are the actual biological thyroid hormones.
Please post current thyroid test results, along with reference ranges, which vary lab to lab and must come from your own report. That will help members assess your testing/treatment and allow further comment.
