Follow-Up medical care

My son had total thyriodectomy 20 months ago. He had RadioActive Iodine treatment a month later. At the same time CT scan showed the body is free of cancer. He was prescribed thyroxine since then . Blood test were periodically done to adjust the dosage. What are the other tests and scans necessary in the coming years?

It really depends, how old is he?.. You can probably get him to do all the cancer screening tests. like chest x-ray, mri scan, PSA test etc. I am debating whether I should be doing all the cancer screening tests
